Ensign William Ferrell receiving the ROTC award for the year 2022 from Marti Lantz. He graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He will eventually depart for Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in Goose Creek, South Carolina to begin training as a submarine officer. As a 1/C MIDN (Senior) he was a devoted and hardworking Midshipman Operations Officer, essentially creating and ensuring proper scheduling for the spring semester for the entire crew. It required long hours and attention to detail to get the mission accomplished.
